Return Policy

Most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. This policy applies only to brand-new, unopened items.

All returned items must be in their original manufacturer’s packaging, include all accessories, and be in the same condition as received.

A restocking fee applies to all returns, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be defective upon receipt. If a defect is verified, the Seller will issue a full refund, including the item cost.

Refunds are issued for the item cost only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a verified defect.

Returns are processed within 24–72 hours of receipt.
